Toronto Design Match ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect: When you complete our matching questionnaire, we collect the information you provide, including your project details, style preferences, budget range, and contact information. This is gathered through our form provider, Tally (tally.so).
How we use it: We use this information solely to match you with a suitable design professional in our network and to contact you about that match. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third parties: Your questionnaire responses are processed via Tally's platform, and shared with the design professional(s) we match you with. Tally's own privacy practices apply to data handled on their platform — see tally.so/privacy.
Your rights: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing [email protected].

By using Toronto Design Match ("we," "us," "the Service"), you agree to the following terms.
What we do: Toronto Design Match connects homeowners with independent interior design professionals in the Toronto area, based on information submitted through our matching questionnaire. We are a matching service, not a design firm. We do not perform design work ourselves.
No guarantee of match or outcome: Submitting the questionnaire does not guarantee you will be matched with a designer, or that any match will be a good fit for your project. Any design work, contract, pricing, or agreement you enter into is strictly between you and the design professional. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the quality, timeline, cost, or outcome of any project.
Accuracy of information: You agree to provide accurate information about your project, budget, and contact details so we can make a suitable match.
Independent professionals: Designers in our network are independent third parties, not our employees or agents. We do not warrant or guarantee their licensing, insurance, or work quality.
Third-party services: Our questionnaire is hosted by Tally (tally.so). Use of that form is also subject to Tally's own terms.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toronto Design Match is not liable for any damages, disputes, or losses arising from your engagement with a matched designer.
Changes to these terms: We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
